What kind of hair does HEW offer?

 

We offer Premium and Elite quality 100% human hair with the cuticle in tact, limited shedding or tangling. The hair can be dyed or permed. We offer Indian, Peruvian, Brazilian, Malaysian, Mongolian styles and Raw Organic Indian human hair and clip in extensions. All bundles are 3.5 to 4 ounces. 

 

What is the grade of the hair?

 

HEW does not define our hair by grade. The hair grading system is not regulated and cannot be trusted. Our hair is premium quality.

Why aren't there a lot of reviews on Hair Extension Warehouse?

 

A winning team never shares their playbook. As with many businesses, our Business Owner's' information is proprietary and not open to the public. We are a wholesale supplier and no one wants everyone to know where they get their hair supply. So, you can rest assure that as a business owner, your secret is safe with us! The testimonials available are voluntary and not mandatory. 

 

How does shipping work?

 

Most orders made by 5pm MST on business days, eligible for same day shipping. Please allow 3 to 7 days for the order to get to you. Customized orders and orders with more than 6 items may take longer to get to you. You will receive a tracking number when the order has been shipped. Please avoid emailing the team for an update of your order as you will receive an update in due time. Allow the allocated delivery time before contacting us. If your order exceeds the delivery time contact hellohew@gmail.com. All orders are done systematically and overnight shipping is not available. 

 

We are not responsible for any lost packages. However, all packages have a tracking number.

 

 

Is there a refund or cancellation policy?

When you decide to start a membership with HEW, there is no refund on any membership cancellations. You must cancel at least 10 days before your next monthly payment to avoid the automatic payment. There are no refunds on initial membership sign ups.

 

 

How does the 30-Day Assurance Guarantee program work?

There are NO returns on virgin hair products due to the hygienic nature of the product. However, we do offer a 30-Day Assurance Guarantee on unprocessed human hair products which allows your customer to exchange their product if there is an egregious problem with their order within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with concerns or questions prior to placing your order at hellohew@gmail.com.

 

After the complaint has been filed, business owners have 5 business days to return the product, with receipt and pictures. You are to cover the shipping. Please allow 7 days for an exchange to be processed.
